Litigation Support and Expert Testimony

Location: Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

Brickhouse Environmental performed expert testimony in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas and prepared an expert rebuttal report in support of a Homeowners Association regarding litigation over a farm pond wall impounding stormwater runoff. Performed periodic inspections of farm pond wall and community stormwater management structures.
