Litigation Support and Stormwater Remediation

Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania

Brickhouse Environmental prepared an expert report in support of a residential homeowner who experienced ongoing flooding of their property and basement due to the failure of the builder to adhere to approved development plans, building code, and professional standards. Designed, permitted and supervised a remedial stormwater drainage design to properly manage upslope stormwater runoff and prevent flooding of the finished basement.

Provided litigation support to pursue compensation for flooding damages and required drainage improvements.
