Landfill Permitting, Monitoring, and Engineering

Location: Chester County, PA
Summary: Since 1985, Brickhouse has been responsible for conducting all aspects of the permit-required environmental monitoring and compliance reporting at the Southeast Chester County Refuse Authority (SECCRA) landfill. In addition, Brickhouse has provided engineering, hydrogeologic, and permitting services in support of Solid Waste Permitting, landfill expansion, landfill gas to energy, and leachate wastewater management.

Wastewater Design and Water Supply Development

Location: Londonderry Township, Chester County
Summary: Brickhouse Environmental provided consulting and engineering services for a proposed commercial shopping center to evaluate the feasibility of onsite management of wastewater and a new water supply.

Wetland Delineation

Location: South Coatesville Borough, Chester County
Summary: Brickhouse completed a wetland delineation on a 95-acre wooded property including a desktop review and reconnaissance followed by a full-site wetland and watercourse investigation.

Water Supply Development

Location: Oxford, PA
Summary: Brickhouse Environmental provided consulting and engineering services for a proposed Mushroom Processing Facility to develop an onsite industrial groundwater supply system. Investigations included a detailed review and onsite testing, drilling and construction of three water supply test wells, completion of a 72-hour constant rate pumping test, and evaluation and reporting of the data.
