Lancaster County Solid Waste Management

ARM provided completed the permitting and design for the Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority’s (LCSWMA) since 1998, and during that time, has been privileged to support LCSWMA on a variety of projects including solid waste disposal improvements, transfer facility permitting, construction quality assurance (CQA), and a multitude of environmental compliance and engineering services. 


In 2009, ARM commenced the design and permitting support for the LCSWMA Frey Farm Landfill Vertical Expansion (FFVE), with responsibility for all engineering and permitting support, from feasibility studies and conceptual layouts to final design.
