Environmental Due Diligence

Phase I and II ESA – Alinea Capital

Location: Audubon, NJ
Summary: Brickhouse completed environmental due diligence services to help ensure our client could purchase a commercial retail building located within an area-wide PCE groundwater plume without purchasing the liability. The plume is currently being investigated by the NJDEP to identify a source of elevated PCE in groundwater. Existing site conditions were evaluated through a soil boring and temporary well point sampling program which supported evidence that the source was from an offsite upgradient location.

Phase I and II ESA for Investor

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Summary: Brickhouse conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at a large warehouse facility with a long industrial history in order to protect our client from potential environmental liabilities. Environmental conditions were identified and further evaluated through a Phase II ESA including a geophysical survey and a soil boring and temporary well point sampling program.

Phase I and II ESA at Moravian College

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Summary: Brickhouse conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at a metal manufacturing facility. Environmental conditions were identified and further evaluated through a Phase II ESA consisting of a soil boring and temporary well point sampling program. Brickhouse Environmental was able to fully evaluate potential environmental issues and provide our client with the necessary data to make informed decisions based on their level of risk and potential liabilities.

Phase I ESA for Bentley Homes

Location: King of Prussia, PA
Summary: Brickhouse conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at a large commercial building historically utilized as an industrial and office building by General Electric. Environmental conditions were identified and further evaluated through a soil boring and sampling program.

Phase I ESA for Bancroft Green

Location: Philadephia, PA
Summary: Brickhouse conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at a commercial building prior to our client’s purchase for re-development. Environmental history and potential environmental conditions were evaluated through historical reviews and on-site inspection.

Phase I and II ESA for Conestoga Bank

Location: Auto Repair Facility, Pottstown, PA
Summary: Based on the results of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Brickhouse conducted a Phase II ESA to further evaluate conditions related to historic site operations. The Phase II ESA included a soil boring and sampling program with collection of representative samples for laboratory analysis. The Site investigations facilitated the restructuring of a business loan at the successful auto repair facility.
