Elizabethtown Landfill

Location: Lancaster County, PA
Summary: Brickhouse Environmental is providing ongoing expert hydrogeologic consulting services to two manufacturing companies regarding the Elizabethtown Landfill in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Vapor Mitigation System

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Summary: Brickhouse conducted the design, sourcing of materials, and oversight for installation of a vapor mitigation system including a vapor barrier and sub-slab depressurization system for a residential development project in South Philadelphia.

Residential Heating Oil Spill

Location: Lebanon, PA
Summary: Brickhouse conducted site characterization activities, fate and transport modeling, vapor intrusion modeling, and attainment monitoring to successfully remediate the Site in accordance with the Residential Statewide Health Standard under the Pennsylvania Land Recycling Program.

Act 2 Remediation

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Summary: Brickhouse facilitated the recycling of an abandoned gasoline filling station into a mixed residential and retail development in the historic Mount Airy section of Philadelphia.

Residential Heating Oil Release

Location: Guthriesville, PA
Summary: After a national restoration company failed to cleanup a home damaged by the rupture of a full heating oil tank in the home’s basement, Brickhouse characterized and successfully remediated the home to pre-spill conditions.

Regulated Storage Tank Closure

Location: Exton, PA
Summary: In order to allow for a real estate transaction to be completed, Brickhouse managed and documented the proper closure of three large underground storage tanks formerly used for retail sale of gasoline. The closure report was approved by PADEP and allowed the transaction to proceed in a timely and efficient manner.
